Driving and Parking in Eureka Springs:

Because of the hilly terrain, driving is difficult and parking is VERY limited. If driving, please consider car pooling with friends. If flying, discounted transfers have been arranged for Little Feat Fan Fest package guests from Fayetteville, Northern Arkansas Regional (XNA) Airport. Call for details.

Airport Information:

The most convenient airport is Fayetteville, Northern Arkansas Regional (XNA) Airport and is only about 1 ½ hour drive. Springfield, Missouri, (SGF), is another option at a 2 hours drive. Discount transfers will only be available from XNA only.

Deadline Dates:

Adding extra days is based upon hotel availability, we suggest you do them immediately to avoid disappointment.
Deducting extra days already chosen must be completed before June 15, 2007. After that time no refund will be assessed.
Airline information must be received no later than August 1, 2007 (if you are using our transfer services). Otherwise it is not necessary to provide us w/ the details.
If your roommate's name is "TBA" we must receive their name no later than August 1, 2007.

Cancellation Penalties:

- Prior to June 15, 2007 - $250 per room

- June 15, 2007 and beyond - 100% of total booking amount

Your Credit card statement will show the charge is from "Visit Events"

Destination Concerts Inc. and Visit Events, its employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns (collectively "Destination Concerts") does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip including, for example, cruise, airline, bus or other transportation companies or conveyances, lodging, restaurant or entertainment facilities, guides or guide services, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result, Destination Concerts is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any third party. Without limitation, Destination Concerts is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force nature, adverse weather conditions, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, problems of any kind while aboard vessels or other conveyances or in hotels or otherwise, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely, dangers associated with animals, sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Destination Concerts.
